What is the 250+ persona library?

The persona library is a superadmin-curated collection of 250+ pre-trained AI personas across 25 industry verticals. Each persona has a configured role, tone, domain prompt, trigger keywords, and tool assignments, ready to subscribe and deploy. Tenants browse the library, subscribe to the personas they need, and can optionally add custom instructions on top. No prompt engineering required.
How does the workflow / flow engine work?

The Niva Flow engine lets you build multi-step automated conversations using a no-code builder. You define nodes (messages, conditions, forms, persona handoffs) and connect them with conditional branches. When a visitor's conversation matches a flow trigger, the bot follows the defined path, surfacing forms, branching on responses, and firing webhooks at completion. No code required.
How do dynamic forms work inside the chat?

You define forms in the admin with any field types you need. You write the trigger in plain English (e.g. "when the user wants to book a berth"). The AI reads every message and, when intent matches, surfaces the form inline inside the chat widget, no new tab, no redirect. The visitor fills it in, and the data is stored in admin and optionally fired to your webhook endpoint immediately.
What is cross-session memory?

Cross-session memory means the bot remembers visitors across separate browser sessions. If a visitor chatted with your bot last week, told it their name and what they're looking for, and returns today, the bot recognises them and references that context naturally. No login required. Memory is stored per bot, per visitor identifier, and can be cleared on request.
Can I white-label the bot for my clients?

Yes, fully. You control the bot name, logo, accent colour, and the "Powered by" text. You can set it to show your agency name, your client's brand, or remove branding entirely. Each client gets their own login with access only to their bot's data. NIVA stays invisible.
Which AI model does NIVA use?

NIVA supports multiple AI providers: Azure OpenAI (GPT-4 class), Anthropic Claude, Ollama (local, free), and OpenRouter. Each bot can be configured to use a different provider and model. .
Can NIVA connect to SAP or ERP systems?

Yes. NIVA supports custom tool integrations via the agentic engine. An SAP persona can be configured to call the SAP Support Portal API to search OSS notes, query T-code documentation, or retrieve SAP Marketplace information mid-conversation.
