You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the platform or use NIVA in violation of applicable laws.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed according to pricing at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Intellectual property
NIVA retains ownership of the platform. You retain ownership of content you upload.
6. Limitation of liability
NIVA is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
