My client's cargo includes lithium batteries. What DG documentation do I need for an FCL shipment to Singapore?

Lithium batteries (UN3480 / UN3481) are Class 9 DG cargo. For an FCL shipment to Singapore MPA, you'll need: MSDS, DG declaration signed by a certified shipper, IMO DG manifest, and a Cargo Stowage & Segregation plan. Singapore MPA also requires advance DG notification 24 hours before arrival. The batteries must be packed per IMDG Code Section 2.9.4. Shall I send you the full IMDG checklist for lithium batteries?
